As a representative body of Wilson Hall parents and teachers, the Parent-Teacher Organization sponsors programs, events, and services that benefit the students of the school. The seven officers, six committee chairpersons, and three school representatives meet monthly to conduct school business.

Major projects involving most of the students and parents at Wilson Hall include the wrapping paper sale, Fall Festival, book fair, Grandfriend's Day and May Day celebration.

The PTO financially supports the literary magazine and yearbook, as well as student organizations such as the academic teams, debate teams, drama competition teams, and chess team.
