The Class of 2019, the 49th graduating class, joins 2,464 people who proudly count themselves among the ranks of our school's alumni.

Many of our alumni choose to return to Sumter after they finish college to start their careers and raise their families. As a matter of fact, 243 of our graduates are “legacies,” or children of alumni, and over 200 of our current students are children of alumni. Alumni serve on the PTO Board of Directors, the Board of Trustees and the Athletic Association Board of Directors, and 21 of our faculty members are alumni.

Homecoming will be October 18, 2019.

Classes who are organizing a reunion are encouraged to contact the school for assistance in organizing reunion events on campus. Please contact Leigh Edmunds McLaurin ’92 at for assistance in planning an on-campus reunion event.

The Class of ’09 is having its reunion on Homecoming weekend, October 18. For more information, please contact Mollie Kinney McMillan at
